All our solutions communicate directly with the CRB. All applicants have secure login and can monitor the progress of their application. Firstly you need to work out which one is right for you. Here’s a quick guide:
Choose eBulkPAYG if
You want to submit CRB checks occasionally for your employees – fewer than 1000 checks per year.
eBulkPAYG is our Pay As You Go model. There’s no setup and no monthly fees. You use it as much or as little as you like.
Choose eBulk2000 if
You want to have your own branded product that you can offer to your customers.
You submit fewer than 3000 checks per year.
You are happy for us to act as counter-signatory.
eBulk2000 is suitable if you are an agent, or perhaps a Registered Body or Registered Umbrella Body. With eBulk2000 you are able to brand the software and have complete control over all disclosures. You are able to create your own customers and applications, as well as producing management information for internal and external customers.
Choose eBulk3000 if
You want to countersign your own disclosures
You submit more than 3000 applications in any 12 months
You are happy to apply to the CRB for accreditation. We will guide you through this entire process.
ebulk3000 is for organisations who want to countersign their own disclosures and liaise directly with the CRB. We will assist you to make an application to the CRB and complete the many tests and procedural documents required. We will provide you with software and consultancy that will guide you through the entire process.
